Weve been here 9mo and in looking around as our lease ends we're finding that for what we have and get here is well worth what's out there! You can find cheaper in other parts of Vancouver, and you can find a pool in others, but for the price and awesome size of our apartment its great!
Management and maintenance are wonderful... they listen and act on any concerns or complaints- not everybody likes that they address complaints... those people should go where its cheaper and management is non existant or doesn't care. Thanks to everybody at London Flats...we're not going anywhere! : ) g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

This is the worst apartment complex we have lived in. They are not kid friendly and the apartment manager is not customer/resident friendly. I would highly discourage even my enemy from renting here.
