I lived at Madison Park for about a year total. The whole staff was really nice. The price of rent is very reasonable! Nice grounds. The actual apartments are ok. If you live on the first floor be ready for bugs that come up through the edge of the carpet and the wall. Also mold was a big problem, even when you ventilate the place. They do nothing for noise complaints, even when metro-watch is involved. Parking sucks really bad. I would look elsewhere before you consider these apartments.
