No room for kids to play so they play on the street and don't move for cars. My car got keyed by these kids. If you have a second car or have guests, it's virtually impossible to find a parking place unless they're willing to park on the far opposite end of the complex. Living alone, I enjoyed my one bedroom apartment, increadibly large bedroom and beautiful view from balcony. I liked the layout of the bathroom and the number of kitchen cupboards was adequate.
