Too many noisy kids with no play area.

I moved in here when the complex was still being built, under the first ownership and manager. Since then the property has been sold and is under new ownership, and on the third set of management. Over time the nice place to live has deteriorated. There is now a lot of tenents with kids who have moved in who let their kids run wildly about the complex and are noisy. Reminds me now of HUD Section-8 housing or something. There is no place for the kids to play, so they ride their bikes, skateboards, roller skates, ect... back and forth outside the apartments and between the parked vehicles. They kick their balls around and off the vehicles, and occassionaly it gets stuck up on the carport roof. They then get the rocks by the pool and throw them at the stuck ball to knock it down. Never mind the parked vehicles, they don't care. Neither do their parents. And management has done very little to address the issue. The security gate gets broke and stuck open all night long quite regularly, about as long as I have lived here. The apartments are reasonably priced and a bit spacious, but there is hardly any insulation in the walls to quiet any neighbors noise. Basicly you can hear the conversation from next door, let alone anything else. I would reccommend these apartments to anyone on a tight budget, but if you can afford it I would look elsewhere really. And if you own a new vehicle I wouldn't reccommend it. The kids most likely will damage it. I already experienced that with a previous car. I have even seen many times the kids climb up on peoples hoods and the like to try to retrieve a stuck ball on the carport roof. But if you drive an old beater or just don't care, then this may be the place for you. The riff-raff has over time been moving in. As for me; I have had and seen enough and am moving on!
