I have recently moved into these apartments. When we did the first walk through there was a bedroom door missing, the toilet was not working properly, the dishwasher was broken and the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. These were promised to be fixed the date we were to move in (which was five days later) and none of them had been touched. It took them three tries to fix my toilet, then my sink leaked and that took two times to get fixed. They were to be changing owners of the apartments a week later and were slowly getting things done was their excuse. The day we moved in we also noticed there were ants inside the house, the ants became worse we notified the office immediately and they stated that we were not the only ones and that we would have to wait till the new company would send over their insurance information to have someone take care of the ants...this took over a week, while the ants took over my Kitchen and ate all my food...it then took over two weeks for the exterminator to get the ants completely away. Few of the office staff are nice. They never sent any letters stating what the new rules where with the new management company and even a month later the office staff doesn't know all the new rules. When we moved in there were no pets allowed at all....now pets are allowed....smoking was not allowed inside homes without a smoking deposit, now you can smoke anywhere. There are many changes and they do not keep their tenants informed. There attitude when you call is "you should already know this" attitude. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
