Great floorplans, and you can't beat how fast you can get on to I205. Very close to shopping, schools are nearby, and it is a closed community so the kids are safer. Pool and hot tub are clean and invite frequent use.

It is NOT a closed community,.. and I wouldn't let my kids play outside without VERY close supervision.
