I just moved out of Maple Ridge Apartments after living there for 7 years. I only left because I moved into a house. I raised my son there from the time he was 6 months old. The office staff is excellent and a real part of my son's and my lives. They are understanding and quick to act on any issue that you bring to them. It's a small community, so they know everyone by name and take a sincere interest in every resident. The floorplans are great. The air conditioning is great to have. Washer and dryers in the apartments. Gas fireplaces. I could not have been happier anywhere else and highly recommend this place to everyone. The complex is also very family oriented and very quiet, and very safe. In my opinion, this community is a great value. Lot's of ammenities for a very reasonable price.

I'd have to dissagree,.. strongly,... Safe??? I lived here for 6 years, and there were fights where the police were called in, my car got stolen, my wife got assaulted when taking our dog out at night, our gas regularly got stolen out of our tank,.. it's freaking HORRIBLE! And Tammy is just rude and pretentious.
