I have lived her for a shory period of time and I will definitely be moving at the end of my lease.
Everytime I go to the office, both Tammy and Jean act like they have better things to do then listen to my concerns.
(THAT IS IF THEY ARE EVER IN THE OFFICE) I have made several attempts to get things done inside of my unit but noone is ever in the office.
Are u really out showing ur apartments' The owner should definitely know about this.

Wow! I could have written this review myself. These are my EXACT complaints with this place. Tammy is NEVER around -- she's hanging out at her daughter's apartment all the time. I have tried to figure out who the owner of this place is to let them know, because I am sure they have no idea what goes on around here. And when Tammy actually is around, she is so rude and acts like she'd rather be doing anything else than helping you. I thought she just didn't like me and I was the only one!!
Anyway, as for the actual apartments and the grounds themselves: The apartments and floorplans are nice and the neighbors are quiet, although I've noted Tammy is letting any riff-raff move here lately. Insulation is poor. I can hear my neighbor peeing and sneezing. (That is bad, folks!) The grounds need some work. Landscaping is pretty, but there is often trash strewn in the parking lot and on the grass. At the previous place I lived, I always saw a groundskeeper picking up trash on the ground every day. I've lived here 3 years and I've never seen one person picking up, ever.
