I had been living at Marketplace for over 10 years now. I love my home. They let me plant my own tomatoes and berries every year which is amazing. They have BBQ's and parties 4 or 5 times a year. Louie the Manager is great. He is very sweet and a he is a real gentleman. He treats everyone with respect and he is very patient. Everyone keeps complaining to him about the patios but it s not him it s his company. But he is really nice and he tries to find every possible way to make us happy and feel like its home. I really wish the company can finish us the work fast and give me my patio back! I cannot BBQ or sit on my patio. I really need to have my patio back.

The assistant manager and the leasing agent are really nice too. They help me with everything. And I see allot of people in the office asking for their help and they are really nice and helpful.

My neighbors been there for over 5 years now and they are happy too.
