I am actually fairly happy with my stay so far. The managers are easy to work with and the maintenance guy is very helpful. I have a daughter who before we moved in had a tough time making new friends. She has blossomed here with a lot of new little friends and Peter S. Ogden seems to be a very good little Elementary School.

During the summer I noticed the pool area really stayed clean, This was something that worried me when moving in. It always seems the pool area brings out the creeps, In my case I didn't see that. Anyway I would be happy to recommend this complex. It isn't the fanciest place but for the price it seems to be a bargain. Well good luck
