well at first i was really skeptical about another company taking over and just doin the same stuff, like "nothing!!" but it's turned out to be pretty nice. we have new security which keeps tabs on trouble makers alot better than the other security, and this new company actually cares about cleaning up this place. they are also nice. i requested a work order for my apt. to get fixed, and they were there that same day, not like that same month. and the office ladies are real nice too. they have always helped me with my questions and problems and they are probably tired of me always bugging them about when the next problem will get fixed, like bein able to use the amenities until 10pm not 8pm. when it says 10pm. well they fixed that not too long ago. but things are good here. and it always looks soo nice now with nice landscaping.the new paint on the trim is real nice, as well as on my carport. i think there has been alot of positive changes here that have taken some time to make happen. and people who complain now have no idea what this place was like before the new people got here. i really think if you are considering a decently priced place to live with upgraded amenities, then make sure to say apartment C31 recomended you.
