Apartment walls are extremely thin you can here your neighbors conversation and music. If your on the bottom level you can here every foot step. The walkways and stairs are very filthy and manegement is difficult to deal with. Before renting ask to see apartent in the evening so you can hear what you will be hearing every night when you return home.

This is no longer true, Jody is doing a great job cleaing up the issues Troy left behind. I am not sure what Blunt Management was thinking when they let him run this place... but all kinds of Kudos go to Jody. She is trying to make sure people follow the speed limit, use the round-a-bout, makes sure grounds are kept and adhere to other policies of quiet time. It is a shame people cannot read, what other reason would they have to not know/follow the rules!?! We as a community need to do our part too, don't litter, follow the rules, and be nice!
