Looks good from the outside...

Lived here for 2 years. My bathtub cracked three times and they came and plastered over it. Found out from the outside service guy that came on the third time that it was all rotted underneath and really needed to be completely repaired not just plastered over. Office staff nods but doesn't help with anything...just appeases you to get you to go away. The only good things were the holiday events and the insulated walls (you hardly heard your neighbors)...other than that the parking is atrocious and there is too many people living in one place!

PFT! I couldn't agree more. I hated living here. My house was always falling apart, and I was only the second person to live there. They are trying to squeeze too many people into too small a space. It's ridiculous.

I agree with you guys...this place has become a small city, and is chocked full of people and cars....it's a hassle to find a spot for my extra car....the pool is overflowing with people on hot days....completely unusable. I think it's very poor planning, to have such a small pool for such a giant complex...I guess they just care about making money off rent, and being able to say that they have a pool, even if half the people can't even use it...very shabby indeed
