Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Beware: If you should need maintenance repair, it may take weeks/months before anything is done and that's after putting in a work order several times. Not to mention Vicki the Asst. Mgr. is rude when you request a work order after you have already requested something to be done. How nice. Kind of makes you feel welcomed. The previous managers were much nicer.
