I lived there for about 6 months.

My roommate and I did most of the negotiating via telephone since we lived in California.

The previous managers were really nice and helpful, the new ones I don't know too well.

The new managers were very understanding when we broke our lease and told is they would gladly give us a good review if we needed it.

The apartments themselves were pretty nice for the price.

If I could have afforded the rent alone, I would have stayed.

The garages were free and they paid for cable, so that was nice.

Parking can be a little troublesome if you have more than 2 people with cars.

Personally I don't think the person that made the comment above had any idea what the new managers are like. And thank God for that! They would have ran sooner and faster away!
