It's true! You don't want to live here! The new management team is seriously mean and sarcastic and always has a bug up their butt! They don't have the maintenance guys do work orders. And if anything gets looked at it takes weeks if not months before that happens. And don't dare call them on a Monday they gripe you out since they claim they are busy, then they say they will call you back which will take until late in the afternoon on their time. They seem to forget where their bread & butter is coming from. They don't waive to you after you initially waive to them. It's aweful living here because of them. But please know they will raise your rent without a problem but won't do much for it, if at all. You don't want to live here! It would be a huge mistake! The previous managers were nice...I think we all wish there where here again. P.S. Not enough parking.

I think you have your management teams mixed up, talk about mean and naughty not to mention the fact that you never seen them walking the property, maybe because they didnt care as much (just collected a check)
