I have had several work orders put in (Which are not written up right away). They are not taken care of, and the ones that were taken care of took up to at least two to three weeks for them to fix. There isa HUGE AUNT PROBLEM. I have complained to Vicky (MNGR) several times about the aunts being in ALL rooms. They say they call people to come take care of it, but I don't see any results. Well, maybe for a couple days to one week at most. It is a quiet place but not worth living with aunts and problems with in the apartment. They don't want to spend money on making it a better place to live. We also have a hole in the roof right outside of our windo that has been there for over 6 months. I wouldn't recommend this place to live. If you do, then beware. The mngt is really nice at first, but once you start calling, becareful. THey don't want to talk to you anymore.

If you have lived there for such a short time then how in the world do you have SEVERAL work orders? As far as the ants (which you don't know how to spell correctly) it is a lot better than having scorpions, or worse yet, black widow spiders, ya think? The management here is nice and respectful to all their tenants from what I can see. They do the best job they can with a smile. If you had a job to where tenants get upset over all the little things would you have a smile on your face? If you don't like the place you live in why don't you move? I love Nobl Park, it is my home and I see no problems with anything, and big deal, I have problems too and I sure don't complain about them to the Management unless they ARE an emergency. They take care of everything in a timely manner from what I can see and I have lived here for 2 years.

The apartments are not bad they have hug turnover,the maintance does take awhile(longer than it should)their is not enuff parking for the size of the apartments and this apartment do have a huge bug promblem as well.

I have not had problem with ANTS however I have had many other Maintance Issues with this place. it took them well over 6 months to fix my Leaking roof, and we literaly had to go above their Heads to Finnaly get it Fixed. it started leaking again. However I love many of my Neighbors and the Apatment size themselfs. As a retail Manager myself I know that Dealing with problem "customers" can be a pain but I also know you should FIX the Problem the Correctly the first time and NEVER suggest the people just Leave as was done with us.
