I moved into the complex right after new management stepped in. The units were repaired and the complex cleaned up. This is the best deal you will find in the Mall area. They are 2 bedroom townhomes with attached garages for only 735!! The insides are huge approx 1300 square feet. The bedrooms are both huge with a large living and dining room as well. You have a private patio that you can enclose if you wish. The 2 bed apts at the neighbor communities rent for around 850 a month for a little box apt. Unfourtnately, the manager left but hopefully the new manager will keep this property up.
