I have to say the insides of the place is cute, but after that forget it. My husband and I lived there close to 2 years and when we moved out we left the place clean. That to me means pulling out fridge, stove washing the floor behind everything running a vacuum, windows and leaving zero trash. They rolled in and replaced the vinyl as well as with the used carpet we got stuck with when we moved in. We had a 300 deposit, and they took that plus charged us 2 grand in damages. There were no damages outside of normal wear and tear. I had only hung up 3 pictures and we don't smoke. Every-time someone moves out they flip the Apt on your dime, everyone we knew had to come up with hundreds - thousands. When we moved out, there was not even a manager there to do a walk thur as Robin quit and moved. So there was not a manager at all. We never got any break down for billing and frankly we had a half dozen men helping us from church, and they all said we did not have any damage. They are Crooks, so take your money and a camera to another place and get plenty of pictures when you move in and out its the only way to protect yourselves
