When we first moved to this area, I was shocked at the cost of apartments. We found Norwood Villa to be pretty reasonable for what you get and compared to the rest of the area. For under $700 we received a 1200 SQ townhome. It also has a loft that is not included in the SQ that we use for storeage. This was a life safer because we moved from a 4BD home to a 2BD townhome. Our daughter also like to play up there. The area is busy as are most in the area. There is a play ground right around the corner and the school bus picks kids up at the entrance. The apartments also have a Hot tub, dry sauna, swimming pool. On a scale from 1-10 I give it a 7.

Hot Tub, Where? I've lived here for two years and NEVER have I seen a hot tub. Do they have it hiding??? I think they got rid of it ages ago and put in cheap rickety exercise
Equipment that does not work half the time you go and use it.
