I live next to the people that posted the last comment. They are upset because they continuously break the rules and the manager catches them at it. They are loud, obnoxious people who should leave this quiet community and save us all the pain of dealing with them. They hung sheets up in their windows, leave a ton of dog poop behind and have yelled at other residents for no reason. They keep posting negative comments on this site and asking others to do the same. GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEAD, THE REST OF US LIKE IT HERE SO LEAVE US ALONE!! I have gone through 4 managers since I've been here and this one is the nicest one yet. Everything gets done quickly. Oh and FYI, the maintenance forms are outside of the office, open your eyes and fill one out...until then you can't complain!

Oh boy this has to be Robin writing this, she has the forms outside the door but she does not have things fixed quickly as you state. I have heard time after time about how tardy she is at ordering minor things fixed. If its water flooding in the unit then maybe she will move it. Other wise she is a sloth.

My name is Mary and if you truly live here than you know who I am. I have been here 6 years and have seen the worst of the worst and trust me this isn't even close. We had a manager 3 or 4 managers ago that would verbally abuse people here. This one is much better than that and I actually like talking to her. Anybody can see the forms, anybody that goes to the office. My stuff is always fixed quickly, her husband has been over several times to fix my apartment and is always very nice. It's not very nice to call people names, even if you're upset. Those people kept trying to get me to write something negative saying that it's funny. It's the same people over and over and it s very sad. They're young, so hopefully they'll learn. It just seems so sad the way some people feel that they can judge others. You wouldn't want to be treated that way. May God help you.

I'm with you Mary. I think it is quite cowardly to post on a site annoymously. To resort to name-calling does nothing to solve problems and definately does not help communication or motivation. If the authors of these complaints feel justified then they should notify the Managment Company. I was exploring the property's rating as I am considering a move to Vancouver. These posts have afforded more reassuring insights into human nature than into the property itself.
