1. Parking here is good, one covered spot per unit and extra spots thru-out.
2. Noise is pretty good, townhome units with very little noise side to side. Parking lot noise is tolerable but can be noisy like any apt complex.
3. Grounds are clean and buildings are set apart and not cluttered together.
4. Constructions is shoddy, units are old and falling apart. Old windows that are prone to mold and leak air in winter. Super high electric bills in winter no matter what you do. Bathrooms are falling apart, leaky faucets and plumbing problems. Vinyl is old, carpet is ok.
5. No maintenance on site which is why the units are falling apart. You can fix things yourself and be re-imbursed or wait forever for something to be fixed if it ever is. Non-crucial things are generally not fixed. Most units lack window screens, plumbing problems are bad.
5. Staff is so-so, you will get a response on letter or email, phone calls take alot longer. Office is closed alot.
Overall, not recommened. Other places in Vancouver are kept up much better for the same price. Lots of storage space and the price is very low for the Mall area but you get what you pay for. Be prepared for lots of broken things in your unit. It is impossible to make your unit look nice w/o putting in alot of your own money.
