First, the owner of the units needs to get rid of the waste of space manager Robin. She never does what she promises to do so her word means nothing and she lies. Something on the inside is always broken or backed up with the toilets. Half the people I lived around do drugs and I can smell the pot drifting out their windows. Then there are all the break-ins in cars. This happened to me! On the plus side, the people are pretty nice, and they have one assigned car port, if you have two cars forget it, it's a hassle driving around looking for an extra car place. Windows are original from the 80s so they leak and so are the doors so expect large EL bills. There IS a mold problem; you just have to look on the outside of the buildings to see it... Except for Robins place they fix the outside of her apt and dump new wood chips up in the front to make it look nice. There is only one woman who does onsite repair. There is moss growing over the patios and no they are not private if you look at the gutters they are jammed full and have trees growing out of them I m talking 2 feet or higher. They want you to keep your porch lights on as to keep break-ins at bay, like that is really going to help. Also they do have wood burning fireplaces that are fire hazards because they are NEVER cleaned. They use to allow cats and big dogs but not anymore, now all cats have to be on a leash or you have to get rid of your pet same with dogs. I give this place 1 star only because of the size of units. Overall Norwood Villa apartments are pretty bad I have talked with so many of the residents here we all agree that current manager Robin has very limited people skills and really gets people upset by her approach towards any issue. She is in your face and mean, never have I even seen her blinds open, and when you talk to her she just cracks her door, like you re going to break in. Oh and the kids, they are in between the cars and have scratched and dented several cars around here, they leave there bikes and toys at YOUR door and rocks all over hell and back. But Robin never addresses that issue because she never comes out of her apt.

This sounds like the same person as below. So sad to attack someone so nice. I actually just saw her out walking around for the 2nd time today. To all of the people that are thinking about moving here, don't let this crazy person deter you. As someone that has lived here awhile I could tell you exactly which two people are causing all of these problems. Do you know that we actually saw a man (the one writing some of this) attack Robin verbally, actually get in her face and scream at her. He made that poor baby cry in her arms. He's crazy and needs to just move out. It's people like that that ruin a perfectly good neighborhood for the rest of us. People here are nice, the asst mgr is very helpful as well. My neighbors are all great and I don't have any problems with their kids. Like I said before grow up or move out. No one is forcing you to be here. Or are you too dumb to realize that? To the people wanting to move it: would this guy stay if it was really like that? OR is he just trying to use this website to vent because he had a bad day?

If you like this place so much then why are you leaving an ANONYMOUS feed.... and by the way, this is not a man who left this feed back it's a woman. And Robin is not that nice a person anymore after she had her baby and she is never home to answers her door even when she is suppose to be working and you can hear her kid inside. That is so NOT professional. And by the way, I have moved... it just was not soon enough. Plus when I did live here, all I kept here over and over again is people who could not wait for their lease to be up. Cheers.... :)

Ok, like leaving an anonymous feed is any better than ackthecat. That's --------. If you're so great why don't you leave your real name? FYI Robin tells everyone that if she doesn't get right back to you she's probably changing a diaper, did you ever think of that? I've left her a message if I can't get her right away and she always gets right back to me. If so many people can't wait until their lease is up then why does hardly anyone move out????

Hardly anyone moves out???? your kidding open your blinds! At least 2-3 apt are vacant at any given time. And at least several people move out per month. Most of the new people are stuck, after they move in on a 9-12 month lease and have to sign the 18 month clause. Stay for 18mo or lose your deposit. Come on, and you can't sublet! There are at least 7 people I know that are on month to month and are aggressively looking. HELL even the drug dealers moved out, which is a good thing. And how mature are you? I donâ??t make fun of anyoneâ??s name who posts here. God grow up yourself, I just post facts. Fact, Robin does not call people back, over and over this happend to me and my family and also to other tenents that live there I know of. And no Robin apple pie does not smell to nice. But as the rumor mill swirls, she got canned and will be leaving our little gem of a dump.
Sincerely,
Debbie

I actually applied for the manager position and was told that they don't want a current tenant. She did quit though-not fired. You sound very unhappy, I'm pretyy new here and so far I like it. I signed the 18 month thing my deposit was only a $100 bucks so I don't know why you're so upset. My friend here added a new person on to the lease and is going to delete herself off, maybe you could do that. What drug dealers are you talking about?
