I've lived in one of the townhouses for about a year, granted everything inside is more or less going to hell. but for 740$ a month for a 2 story with a loft in a decent area im not gonna ----- up a storm. And as far as drug use, who doesnt smoke pot' seriously... hell if i knew more people were around here i wouldnt have to drive 40 miles to re-up. ANYWAYS, The manager robin DID just have a baby but what we've noticed is a complete lack of any help even after several request forms have been turned in. Also just a minor issue of rent check taking 2-3 weeks to be cashed. I understand that she just had a baby and im happy for them but maybe give up the responsibility so that everyone doesnt have to suffer your "busy schedule"

I agree with this, but not only do they have drug dealers living here they have one with a camera installed on the door. Humm Robin wake up and smell the CRACK! They have so many people coming in and out they just block other cars run in get the drugs and leave. It takes her weeks to do anything about anything, and the asst manager is just as flaky. And Robin did have a baby MONTHS ago, so that excuse is warning thin. She is never home when she has the sign up. Hint to the Owner and Princeton Properties; get a new Manager one that is professional.

I don't understand why you could say this. I am always able to reach Robin and my phone calls are always returned. I have lived here for a couple years now, the current manager moved me in. She is always out walking with her daughter and very friendly. I have even knocked on her door after hours and been politely helped. I think that you are out to hurt this company and are going about it all wrong. Yes, these buildings are old and do have their issues. Things that are broken get fixed quickly and often times she replaces them. I just got a new fridge because mine went out, it was delivered 3 days after I told her about it. Get a life and if you don't like it here, move out!
