There is now a new manager for this complex, not quite sure if they live on-site but already they are open and accounted for way more than the previous manager who lived on-site. These units are not worth 700 a month, the price reflects the size of the units and the location. There is alot of room in these units with plenty of storage space and the location by the mall is very popular. However, these units have not been kept up, our lease reflects that our walls were "freshly painted" but the white paint is so old it is yellow. If you can deal with run-down units...this place is for you. If somebody came in and just did some basic upkeep, these units could be really great.

Have you actually met her? She's never here and doesn't even live here. The parties are out of control. Nights are crazy now and no one is taking care of it anymore.

Just like I posted before, with the old manager, if you have an issue, call the property managment firm (it should be on your rental agreement). It's more productive than spinning your wheels here.

I liked the old manager. It was nothing like it is now.

Call the Property Management Firm, picture this. A person in a empty office with a card table and a phone. We called the home office so many times and was put in touch with Laura the Manager of Robin, left message after message with her and she would never call back. Finally we were leaving messages with the Manager of Princeton Property's in Portland she would never call us back, EVER!!!. Take your money and move on, there are so many betters places to live at, they scam you for your deposit. I don't believe I've heard of anyone ever getting a dime back, in fact they bill bill bill you high dollars amounts in order to flip the place without the owner paying for it.
