Not THAT bad...

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
Moved here from a 1.5 acre, 3-bedroom home in the country.
Getting used to the public was a little challenging, but overall, not that bad.
Did it all by internet, using www.rent.com.
Since then they have removed their listing.
Was treated courteously and quickly.
Office staff was friendly.
Had a little problem with the bathroom, but they eventually had it fixed to my satisfaction.
I am content overall, especially considering the price.
Rude and discourteous tennants are evicted quickly.
It is close to shopping without being downtown.
Being older, I must say that the kids here are mostly well behaved and well taken care of.
The play ground is clean and safe.
The Pool area is clean.
The landscaping is fair and the overall appearance has been given a facelift in the recent months.
I plan on being here for a while, I wouldn't if I was unhappy with the place.
