Hello everyone. We have listened to the concerns for Oak Creek. We now have 2 new staff members in the office to help assist needs. We have upgraded the property in several ways. In the monthly newsletters I always ask for concerns and comments. We love to hear from our residents. One of the concerns has been the cars parked in vistor spaces that do not ever move. We want to make this the best possible living environment for all residents. I do follow the rules as stated on the rental papers and never make up rules as I go. These rules are company rules that all our properties follow. I am a proactive manager not reactive, problems should be solved before they become a big issue. I invite anyone to please contact me at the rental office or any of our resident as most are very happy with the new changes.
