So yeah. Moved in, was a bit of a pain, especially when they tell us half way through signing the lease that the price is now 650$ instead of 600$. Maintence people have gotten better now that the management on hand has been completely fired out and replaced. Still takes a few request's to get things taken care of.
Had a problem with Black Mold growing from the east wall's of both the bedrooms, which the smell of made me fairly violently sick until a while after it was finally taken care of. Mildew and mold grow on the inside of the shoddy windows, and all the windows leak horriably. If ya like to be warm in the winter, forget living here, unless ya want the old heaters from back in the 70's installed in the wall's that are really bad fire hazards on constantly.
Oh, and when winter hits, don't be suprised if the power company randomly start's charing you double your normal summer bill, even if you have the heaters shut off at the breaker several months in a row. Had a power audit done upon the apartment, and all I got was "Well, you're just ---- outta luck."
