The management is rude. Although I had a roommate, it took 4 visits to the office to get my name removed from the lease. The final visit, I sat on the front porch with a book. My bathroom toilet broke, manager told me to use the spare, they were too busy to send someone. When my water heater broke, the manager told me sleep on my couch for a few days, until my carpet was put back. Of course, when I reported the break, they called me back and told me how to turn off the water-Sunday until Monday morning.
