I live here and the office staff are big liars. They will tell you anything just to get you to move here. They allow alot of things to happen. They even break their own rules that they are suppose to enforce. I have lived here for a long time only because I can't afford tp move. You have to pay for the WSG which is about $30.00 and up for one or two people. There are people who sell drugs here, wild partys, unsafe for children to play, no pitbull dogs, pet deposit is $300 a pet with a two pet limit but there are people here who have pitbulls and more than two pets. The maintance guy Seth just runs around on a golf cart all day and when he comes to work on something in your apartment he never brings his tools in and then he goes back out to get them and 30 minutes later he comes back.
