I've read the comments, and all I can say is those who say it's a great place to live are either one of those who are the problem people and don't care, or are plants by management. I have lived in many apartments and this had to be the worst. I had a copule different neighbors overhead and you can hear walking around. The insulation is nonexistent apparently, because I could hear kids talking while standing on their balcony overhead even with my windows closed. The neighbors cat (pets run wild there) peed on my BBQ. If you live next to someone who leaves their dog home all day while they're at work, expect to hear it barking all day long because the walls are thin. I broke my lease to get out and lost my deposit, but it was worth it. The place had a hostage situation shortly after we moved out! I never felt safe there.

Liar. I have lived there for 4 years and we have NEVER had a hostage situation.
