I was resident of this apartment for more than a year. after that sublease my apartment. at that time they have not told us to cancel our utility. now since 3 month we are getting bill from utility. even though we contacted them so many time nothing happened. and now they are saying its our responsibility. and we ended with paying lots of extra money...

they are not at all professional nor having good service.

The same thing happened to me!.....I certainly don't recommend Oak Creek Apartment to anyone.
