I moved in in May. I found myself surrounded by some not-so-nice neighbors (drug issues). Nicole and Kea were already aware of the problem, and they acted decisively to get those people out and replace them with much better ones. They heard my concerns and acted on them. Kea is simply a class act, and she has put a lot of effort into landscaping to make the place also look nicer. It's affordable and, best of all, the clientele is improving as well.
