I absolutely agree with one of the reviewers about?getting out of lease?...yes they will try to take everything you have. We rented a 3BR,we did not get any moving specials, which are offered by others, they demanded an advance deposit (which I never paid in my life until now)...we had to take this as we are pressed for time to go look for other places..knowing this the staff (Jennifer) ruled the roost. Above all we had a negative remark in our credit just because of the gross incomptenece on their part as they did not pay the money which we had given the aptt staff to settle the final bill of Clark Public Utilities. We stood to loose a lot (both money and good credit) because of them.
