I moved here last summer of 2002, and when searching for an apartment close to the Orchards area, I found out Orchard Pointe was a good choice for me and my kids.

The staff was very nice and helpful, and I was so plased when I got in! (Thank you Jen!!!)

At first, the neighbors that lived next door were a bit noisy, but they moved and the current neighbors are very quiet...you hardly hear them at all!

Except for the occasional intruders that knock on your door and being very persistent to that matter, the staff handles it very well...kicking them out is the best way to preserve and maintain the safety of this property!

I am overall pleased with this complex! The rent is cheap compared to MA, where I moved from, AND having your own washer/dryer on each unit is just what every apartment complex should have!

All in all, I wish my mother would move here...she would be saving sooo much!!!
