I lived at Orchard Pointe on a short term lease before I moved. The office staff was always particularly helpful, warm and accomodating. I did have a loud neighbor but the management let them know that this was not acceptable. The value was incredible for what we got: washer, dryer, porch, storage etc. I have defenitely lived in places that were no where near this quality for the price. The only real downfall I found was that there is minimal lighting in the parking lot from what I remember, and during the summer of '01 multiple cars were broken into. Hope this helps.
