I have lived here since July of 2005. The price was right at the time, and everyone was so friendly! The leasing and management staff are awesome!!! I'm not gonna live here until I die, but for people who wish to save money...it's perfect. It's not in the ghetto of Vancouver. It's in a quiet neighborhood. It's perfect for single people, families, and the elderly! I have seen all kinds of people since living here! I'm not going to say I live in a safe area! How the heck do you measure that'! I feel safe. My car has remained fine. My apartment has never gotten broken into. You just have to protect yourselves, people!!! Keep your doors unlocked and things showing in your cars and go on walks at midnight. See what happens. I wouldn't! Maintenence staff gets stuff taken care of in a very timely manner. They are very nice. I would certainly recommend this place.

Too bad you work for Orchard pointe and have to lie on this website to try to get some good reviews. Face it, the place is a dump and you're running it. Maybe you should attempt to learn something from all these complaints rather than try to attack the people that write them.
