I lived at OP for a year. The managment was great, Brooke is the most friendly, so I would reccomend talking to her. The apartment was nice, and cozy. The heaters worked well and I usually didn't even have to turn it on unless it was frigid outside. The toilet did overflow a couple of times but the mateniance fixed it and it has been fine since then. Everything that needed fixing got fixed as soon as I put in the request. And most the nighbors were nice. If rent hadn't increased when the lease expired I might have stayed, if I hadn't found a great house to move to. When I moved out the staff made sure that I new the exact date that the lease termed, I had written on the move out notice the first and the lease expired on the 31st. I got most of the deposit back in the mail only a month after I moved out! I was very happy to have the money so fast. I would reccomend this apartment complex to people who are responsible enough to pay their rent on time like I did, I had no problems. Just remember, neighbors vary! I lived on the North Side (right hand side) and it was quiet and enjoyable place to live!
