I moved in around Thanksgiving of 2005. My unit is one of the newer in the complex and I really love it.I can occasionally hear muffled noise from my neighboors,but not too often.The insulationa and noise is better than any other
apt complex I have lived in in the Vancouver/Portland area (families do live by me).The office staff is very attentive and helpful,again,way better than any other apt
complex,and I have lived @ alot over the last
10 years!

When I lived here someone threw a rock through my window and the management staff charged me to fix it!
