Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The fixtures are cheap and the appliences are even cheaper. The management is rude and they will hit you with a TON of move out costs such as painting and carpet replacement EVEN IF IT WASN'T BRAND NEW CARPET WHEN YOU MOVED IN. The whole place is a big joke. JUST SAY NO!
