A great apt complex with great management

My daughter and I are very happy here. We love our place and we think the complex is beautiful and very well kept. We have lived in another complex nearby and it was a disaster.
The management here is excellent. We are remembered anytime we walk in. Thats a nice feeling. We are treated with respect. Of course, we pay our rent on time and dont bounce checks. I dont think people realize this is a business. They have to make rules and people must abide by them for this business to work.
The maintenance is great as well. We had to have them come and fix a few things, they came the next day and fixed everything to our expectations. They are courteous and prompt.

I like the maintainance people too, but the management is far from excellent. They throw cigarettes and trash on the ground all the time. I have seen the manager throw up on the ground outside the office after a late night drinking binge with the rest of the staff. That is far from excellent in my opinion. She also got in a fight with another staff member and tore her shirt off in the parking lot. Gross, she wasn't wearing a bra, and her chest was saggy and hairy.

I actually worked in property management WHILE I lived at Orchard Pointe, and you are right, it is business, but everything they do is ridiculous and AGAINST THE LAW!!! Paying your rent on time has NOTHING to do with it...

I agree paying your rent on time has nothing to do with the illegal things they try to get away with. And they are running an insurance scam - all of the sudden it's REQUIRED oh and they have the pamphlets and all the info displayed in the office? They are getting kick backs. I paid for one month of insurance then let it lapse - and they never said a thing hmmmmmm.....and the maintenance staff SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
