I had a friend move in here and there has been nothing but problems from day one. When her and her husband moved in the entry way light did not work, so her and I tried changing the light bulb. It still did not work, then we went to put boxes in her daughter's room and the hallway light did not work. The windows had mold around them, the dishwasher was so loud that no one could sleep. The washer was constantly off balance, and they had an infestation of of bugs! When she tired talking to management the women in the office said "How can we help you'" instead of letting her talk to the management!!!

My boyfriend and I came over sever times to chat and to hang out, all we could hear were the noisy people upstairs...it sounded like elephants were playing basketball!!! The walls are thin, people are rude, and the upkeep is disgusting....before my boyfriend and I knew all of this we tried to get a place here. The office staff was rude they made us wait in the lobby for 25 minutes while one of the girls talked to her friends on her cell phone about her kid. Then when we tried to tell them what we were looking for she tried giving us something else!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE it is not worth the money or the stress....

First of all, Have you seen how many apartments there are in this place? I have lived here for a year and the maintenance is awesome! If I ever have an issue, they are there in 1-3 business days. most apartment complexes take weeks to get things done. Maybe you should stop being so picky and move into a house if you don't like the noise. It's an apartment!! you're going to hear some stuff, it's normal.

hearing your the people around you peeing is not normal, and we called the mangager many of times and they were never in. and we had to wait 2 weeks and we called again for the maintenance and three days later they called us and said theres nothign we can do! if your going to talk crap you might want to have something to back you up!

I saw the manager pee outside our window on the ground every night for a week. That's probably what you're hearing too.

As the manager, I must say that we do not typically have residents that feel this way. Resident satisfaction is important to us, please give us a reasonable amount of time 1-3 days to make repairs that you may have requested. In the future it may be more beneficial for you to contact the management office directly rather than notifying me of problems through apartment ratings web sites. Thank you

as a management team you would think they would read the reviews and clean there office of all the filth that work there. it says something when all the reviews are all the same not happy and the one that is, is so clearly the management themselves

OH please SHELLEY why would you EVEN bother to try and defend yourself on here!!!! All the bad stuff that has been posted about YOU and your STAFF is absoutely TRUE!! And you KNOW IT!! You don't care about your residents or if things get fixed or not. All you B@#$%*& care about is you damned bonus $$$$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
