I lived here for almost 3 years. Honestly the only problem I really had was how they screw you over when you move out!! I have NEVER had to pay any money to an apartment before in my life! These people charged me over $900.00!! Im outraged! Im not the only one either. I know of 4 other people they did the same thing to. Charging for normal wear and tear is crazy! They will charge you for painting for goodness sakes!!!! Who does that after 3 years. Also they will get you for NEW carpet! Even though the carpet I had when I moved in was probably already 5 years old. I had awesome credit when I moved in this place, now they have destroyed it! Unfortunatly I am a single mom of 2 and call me silly but I just dont have over $900.00 I can pull out of my ass to give these people! Management does suck! They are extremly rude and unprofessional! Maybe they should hire someone who is a little more mature and can handle such a big complex! They suck!!

wow...The management needs an overhaul...And it is true about the carpet. They charge you for worn carpet that was already a mess when u moved in...In my opinion, Orchard Pointe needs a renovation or just be demolished.

Make that 5 people who got ripped off by Orchard Pointe for the move-out charges..not quite as bad as you did though..thats rediculous

They tried to get me for new carpet too. And you are right about them being immature, I have seen the staff do all kinds of things. Late night parties in the office, sex in their cars in the parking lot, fighting with residents, screaming obsenities, and changing their clothes in public. One of the fattest agents went streaking through the complex at night. She was so hairy and gross, my children were so upset.
