----- ----- and the Management of Orchard Pointe Believe that it is ok to share personal information of applicants to this apartment to others not living on the application. They also believe it is ok to slander one to others. They stated that I had a "Criminal Record" When one does not exist. Sure was funny how I was approved for an apartment earlier in the year. My situation had not changed and they denied me an apartment 6 months later. They Denied this apartment to me and ----- the regional guy at invest co said them giving my personal information out to my girlfriend is a chance that I had to take. We found out that they had the apartment rented to another family who was willing to take a longer lease then we were. This is extremely wrong in so many ways. We had to report them to the attorney generals office of the state of Washington and to other legal institutions for slander.

I CURRENTLY LIVE AT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AND IT IS TRUE MANAGMENT HAS PERSONALLY DISCUSSED OTHER PEOPLES HISTORIES WITH ME.. EVERYTHING THAT IS SAID IN THESE REVIEWS ARE TRUE AND I STILL AM UNDER LEASE...

I moved out of my apartment over a month before my lease was up just because I was SOO SOO SOO happy to get out. I left some garbage bags im my apartment and when I came back to clean before it was time to hand in Keys, it definitely stunk. I aired it out for two days but still could not get the garbage smell out. After they did my walkthrough, I insisted on reviewing it with them before they finalized. Everything was fine and understandable as far as the charges and what not BUT THEY WERE CHARGING ME FOR HAVING AN UNAUTHORISED PET!!!!???? She said it smelt like cat pee... I epxplained to her what the smell was and she didn't charge me BUT the unprofessional lady told the carpet cleaner who they vend to, whom also happens to be a friend of mine "carefull, a very stinky girl lived there!" How immature!!
