First if you are thinking about renting here, Dont. If you already have the managment has been scamming people into buying a renters insurance policy from a particular company. They have been quoting prices and coverage s from the insurer. The management is most likely getting a kick back or payment for doing so. This is illegal since the management staff is not licensed to solicit insurance from the local public in the state of Washington. They also have been requesting to be named as a loss payee on the policies this is not right as well. What a bunch of scam artists. They are in the business of scamming people out of their money. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY!

Oh my word...that is so pathetic! Believe me, I will never ever even consider staying there, not even if they pay me.

Someone broke into my apartment and the manager tried to collect money from my renter's insurance policy even though nothing had been damaged. She illegally used my information and demanded that they pay her a sum to fix things that were never broken. Thankfully, they called me to authorize it. She denied it when I confronted her about it. After I left her office, I could hear her screaming at another agent and calling her a stupid slut for telling me that she had called. The other agent left in tears and told me she didn't know what had happened. Then I saw the manager let the air out of her tires two days later. After that, the agent quit. I asked the manager where she had gone, and she laughed hysterically and said that they better think twice next time she asks them for a favor. A different leasing agent told me the manager made her stay late and watch her try on different outfits for a party. Then she had to tell her how great she looked even though she looked hideous and fat.

Oh dang, I wouldn't put it past them. They really seem fake and only care about money. Guess what, customer service matters because look at all the people saying don't live here.
