I've lived at Orchard Pointe for almost 2 years, a year in a 2-bed 2-bath and a year in a 1-bed/bath, and am only moving because of my job. The staff is extremely friendly and will go out of their way for you. I had a roommate who had some health problems and so had trouble paying bills on time for a couple months. They were more than understanding and allowed her to pay what she could, when she could, without penalty. Any maintenance problems are dealt with almost immediately. Once I had an issue with my front door and by the time I walked back to my apartment from the office, they had already fixed it.

I have a fairly good sized bedroom with ample closet space, a fireplace in the living room, and a kitchen with more storage room than I actually need. I'm lucky in that I have no noisy neighbors, but I have in the past and the staff was very good about telling them to quiet down.

The only problem I've had is with parking - there just isn't enough space. But I can always find a spot somewhere in the parking lot, just not always close to my apartment.

I'd recommend Orchard Pointe to anyone looking for a clean, friendly complex with great rates for the amenities.
