For the past year I have rented with Orchard Pointe. It has been my experience that this over all is a very nice place to be. Over this past year I have had a few NORMAL issues occur that I needed to contact the maintenance about, and every time I received the help I needed in a timely manner. This is a community so you DO and WILL hear people around you, but for the most part it is a very quite and relaxing place with very nice amenities that I have to say I did not take into full use! The staff was very easy to work with, and I never had any issues with them at all. If it were not for the opportunity to move into a house I would stay right were I am now with Orchard Point. If you are looking for a place, you owe it to yourself to at least look what they have to offer.

I agree with this renter. I have lived here for 3 years. I have read a few not so good reviews and I wonder how good of renters those people are? This complex is very quiet, better than any other complex I've lived in in Vancouver and Portland! The garbadge is kinda a pain, only one area and all the way in the back,I have to drive it out in my car. The management is very helpful and friendly, not phony as other people mention. If you are a quality person and low-drama you should have no problems living here!!

Well I have to disagree with both of these folks. I have lived here for now 2.5 years and have had a few issues that I have not been happy with. One of the issues is with parking. I currently pay $30.00 per month for a car port that other people (including the management and maintenance) have parked in. Don't try calling the towing company if it's after hours since they can not do anything for you without manager approval. Basically, I feel I have paid almost $1000.00 for parking here for no reason. Why should I have to pay if it won't be enforced. I will be talking with the apartment manager soon to see what we can do to resolve this issue. Other than the terrible parking situation in general, black mold around all my windows/slider door and the HORRIBLE TRASH SITUATION...this place is not too bad. This garbage situation seems out of control though.

We just moved from Orchard point into nice new townhouses five miles away. I do not agree with this review. There is MOLD EVERYWHERE in these apartments! Even after leaving windows cracked and cleaning it up! My family was sick all the time. It's unhealthy and should be reported! The trash situation is crazy and makes the complex look TRASHY. We also paid WAY too much on our water bill! Do you know that they take the four apartment connected and times the amount of water used by four! It's crazy. Even being away for a month I still had a high water bill..I wasn't even home!!! This place is horrible! We never caused problems there, so its not the renters!
