I am surprised to hear many of these reviews. I have lived here two years and have been treated very respectfully by the staff and my neighbors. I rarely have maintence problems but when it comes up the staff is effecient and repairs are made quickly. The only problem I have had is with parking, even so the walk is never too far. I feel safe here, especially being a young woman living alone. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

I just signed another one year lease here at Orchard Pointe. I feel terribly for the people who have had bad experiences, but it's just like anything else. For every 5 people who HATE a certain bank, there are 5 people who love it and wouldn't go anywhere else. There is no excuse for the way the people on this forum who had bad experiences were treated, but I have never had anything like that happen here. It's been a great living experience for me.
