I FINALLY got out of that Russian Slum two months ago. I was promised an apartment that was "ready". The carpet was dirty - you could see the brown over gray - my socks would be brown by the end of a day and I never wore a shoe of my own on the carpet - the carpet - had GUM stuck to it, right in the middle of the living room upon move-in - I complained, was promised for four months they would come clean it - they never did - then the scum of the earth that they are, have CHARGED me $90 to clean it upon move-out. THEN, when I took the keys - I find yellow tape across my balcony door, telling me to stay out - my "ready" apartment included a balcony that was rotted and had to be replaced. Then there is their "wonderful" garbage collection site - which you have to pay for the convenience of DRIVING YOUR TRASH to the collection site because, in a complex that spans TWO ADDRESSES (3508 & 3708 NE 109th), they have ONE area for all residents to dispose of their trash instead of a normal complex that has convenient recepticles for disposal. THEN, their wonderful go------yourself parking policy. MY CAR GOT VANDALIZED BECAUSE THERE WERE NO SPOTS ON PROPERTY - MY spot probably went to some slut's boyfriend who does not pay rent spending the night. Then there were the large amount of Russians all packed into one apartment just below me - three generations - and the noise and the smells that came out of there. Orchard Pointe is nothing more than a Russian Slum with a most apathetic management. Sarah is a liar - VERY pleasant until they get your money - then they DO NOTHING FOR YOU.
