Buildings are falling apart. There is a very crappy looking siding job very close to the main lobby building. Siding is completely missing and falling off.

Maintenance failed to fix my ongoing problem, even after multiple times reporting the issue. They didn't believe there was an issue even though I took photographs.

Community is not a good place to raise children. Once at the pool there was a child predator trying to pick up on a young boy, asking him where he liked to eat. Luckily the boy was responding in English, the guy was trying to make him speak Spanish so I wouldn't understand what he was doing.

There is one garbage unit for entire complex. If a place needs three driveways, and multiple mail centers, it probably need more than one garbage centers.

Hidden fees with move-out. Don't expect a cleaning deposit returned. Expect to pay at least for professional carpet cleaning if not for them to steal your money and not use it to renovate the building.

Take my advice and stay away. I wish I had read this site before move-in, I would have definitely found someplace else.
